    Sales Director

    Major Responsiblities

    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
    • Identify and expand business opportunities in local and international markets.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
    • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align sales objectives with operational capacity.
    • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 7–10 years’ sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred.
    • Must have worked or lived in a Francophone country with strong understanding of the market.
    • Proficiency in French and English is required.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Account Intern

    Job Summary

    • The Account Intern will support the finance team with daily accounting tasks, documentation, and basic financial reporting.
    • This role offers valuable hands-on experience and career growth within a structured accounting environment.

    Major Responsibilties

    • Assist with recording daily financial transactions.
    • Support preparation of invoices and payment documentation.
    • Help maintain proper filing of financial records.
    • Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
    • Provide administrative support to the accounts department.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
    • Good communication and organizational skills.
