    Drilling Rig Site OI Advisor III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • The Drilling Rig Offshore Installation (OI) Site Advisor is responsible for supporting drilling operations regarding Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) issues.
    • The Advisor serves at the rig site as a contact for SSHE issues related to rig-based Drilling activities, executing initiatives and responding to requests and questions from the drill team. Work offshore as a rig site safety advisor

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 will:

    • Administer the Company safety awareness, recognition and incentive programs on site
    • Must have experience in liaising and working with national work forces and experience in identifying trends to develop programs and also initiatives to promote an injury free work environment.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health preferred and/or previous experience in a closely related position
    • Extensive knowledge of Drilling operations/processes and safety rules and regulations
    • Very strong demonstrated organisational and technical judgement skills
    • Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
    • Demonstrated skills to positively influence drilling workforce employees and contractors
    • Exceptional skills in MS Office suite of software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical/business communications
    • Ability to work and communicate in international locales and with diverse cultures
    • Relevant industry experience (offshore / onshore drilling activities, for example).
    • Maintains a high degree of ethical conduct.
    • Ability to work in harsh environments (examples include temperature and / or humidity extremes, remote locations with limited amenities) with changing priorities.
    • Willingness to travel / live away from home for extended time periods.
    • Must be fit for duty for a remote offshore / onshore drilling environment (examples include uneven, unpaved walking surfaces, large structures that are accessible only via ladders or stairs). Activities include standing for extended time periods, climbing, bending, walking, reaching, and other physical demands.

    Accountant II

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • The Accountant II provides critical financial insight and analysis to support business decision-making and ensure the achievement of expense, headcount, and volumetric targets. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of general ledger data, prepares financial performance reports, and partners closely with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    • This position is equivalent to a Senior Accountant level, with responsibility for complex accounting entries, advanced reconciliations, and higher-level financial analysis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support expense, headcount, and volume targets
    • Monitor general ledger entries and processing streams to ensure data integrity and compliance
    • Prepare, review, and analyse financial performance and management reports
    • Post and review complex accounting entries and perform reconciliations of complex accounts
    • Collaborate with department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and personnel planning
    • Analyse Partner Expenditure reports and provide audit-ready documentation
    • Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory reviews
    • Ensure accounting standards, policies, and ethical practices are consistently applied
    • Act as a subject-matter resource on accounting guidelines, financial systems, and reporting tools

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
    • Proven analytical and financial reporting skills
    • Solid accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience working with financial and ERP systems
    • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
    • Ability to work with moderate supervision and manage multiple priorities
