The company is seeking to hire a dynamic Sales Consultant with a proven track record of success in travel agency sales, to drive sales and revenue growth for the business. The role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Increase sales and optimize revenue.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
Degree in Management, Business Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, travel consulting, and agency management.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Marketing knowledge and business growth skills.
Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
Presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Team leadership and management skills.
Understanding of business processes and strategy development.
The ideal candidate must have experience and skills in Sales and Business Development to identify new prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to achieve his/her assigned sales/loan quotas in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
To source clients and develop sales, through different media.
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Generate sales by building long-term relationships with clients.
Identify appropriate prospects, make high volume sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.
Using and updating our Sales and marketing CRM, ensuring all customer records are up to date and can help you develop sales in the future.
Ability to make calculations of finance terms and monthly payments.
Present, negotiate terms, and overcome objections.
Ability to close deals before sending them over to the Credit team for acceptance
Key Requirements:
HND/BSC is required
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales from the digital lending sector is required with a proven track record of success
Experience in direct selling to businesses (B2B) is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Personal integrity
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and working on a CRM is mandatory
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Strong organizational skills (Time Management is critical)
