    Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of seven (7) years’ work experience in sales and/or business development role within a structured organization.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, client retention & management and expand the company’s customer base.
    • Proven experience partnering with clients (especially C-suite executives and key decision makers) to understand their business needs & objectives and effectively communicating R&A’s value proposition through customized business proposals and presentations.

    Human Resource Consultant

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree from a Reputable University.
    • Minimum of 4-7years’ experience is an HR Generalist or in a similar HR Consulting role.
    • Clear evidence of an understanding / inclination towards the fundamentals of Organizational Development (OD) Projects. Demonstrate Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and Business Acumen.
    • Demonstrate technical proficiency and strong understanding and depth in key HR capabilities including Reward Management, Organizational design, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Skills Assessment, Culture Management, Career Management & Development, Talent Sourcing & Onboarding, Policy Compliance & Employee welfare Management.

    HR / Administration Officer

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a reputable University.
    • 4 - 7 years’ work experience in a structured environment with at least a year experience in the construction/real estate industry.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in handling correspondence, preparing HR-related reports & presentations, and maintaining employee records & documentation.
    • Prior experience overseeing end-to-end recruitment process including crafting job descriptions, sourcing quality candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring seamless onboarding & offboarding experiences for employees.
    • Proven experience effectively addressing/managing employee related issues within the organization by fostering open communication channels and cultivating a positive work environment conducive to conflict resolution.
    • Able to develop and implement performance management frameworks that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and professional growth, as well as reward structures to recognize and encourage high organizational performance.
    • Prior experience coordinating training programs and conducting engaging workshops or sessions to enhance employee skills. Additionally, evaluate training effectiveness through feedback to ensure continual learning and development aligned with organizational goals.
    • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and exhibits the ability to foster strong clients and stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skill is required.
