    Sales Co-Ordinator

    About The Role

    • The Sales Co - Ordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role is key in maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and assisting in achieving revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team in managing accounts, inquiries, and client requests
    • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients
    • Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and events with clients
    • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking inquiries professionally
