The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s products and services.
This role focuses on achieving sales targets, securing corporate and group bookings, and enhancing brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing accounts, inquiries, and client requests
Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients
Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and events with clients
Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking inquiries professionally
Track sales performance reports and prepare weekly/monthly updates
Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Events, Reservations) to ensure seamless service delivery
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales or administrative support (hotel experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera } is an advantage
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
