    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

    Job Description

    • Generate revenue for Buckler Ordnance Systems Limited
    • Prospect new sales channels and opportunities through cold calls, networking, and market research.
    • Strive to meet and exceed financial targets monthly.
    • Communicate/follow up with existing accounts and maintain active relationships.
    • Regularly update the CRM system to reflect accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information.
    • Research industry, market information, be knowledgeable about competitive products and pricing.
    • Develop viable sales forecasts and sales strategies.
    • Build sales methodologies that support established sales targets.
    • Provide continuous feedback in order to manage overall sales goals.
    • Create plans for gaining customers and then retaining them.
    • Make products appeal to the target market.
    • Continuously and consistently promote the product offerings of Buckler Ordnance Systems Limited.
    • Have a drive for advancement in the Armored Cars Industry.
    • Meet sales quotas and objectives.
    • Report on sales deals closed weekly.
    • Prepare sales contracts for the line manager’s approval.
    • Create business plans and monitor actuals-to-plan.
    • Maintain regular communication with the line manager to resolve sales/client matters.
    • Be accessible to the client at all times.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Relevant Sales and Marketing experience
    • Knowledge of the Automotive Industry - Added Advantage
    • Must be a Resident of Abuja

    Salary
    N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

    Front Desk Officer

    Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

    Job Description  

    • Responsible for opening the office to the organization in the morning and closes the door at the end of the day.
    • Manages the key organization (who has which key to which office) with an up-to-date administration.
    • Receives and welcomes all guests to the office in a friendly and heartily way.
    • Ensures the front office reception is well organized.
    • Ensures that the cleaners and security guard do their jobs in a timely manner.
    • Provide support to other departments to ensure a smooth office operation.
    • Answers and directs phone calls to the respective staff in a friendly way.
    • Answers incoming inquiries by phone and email with a friendly tone and the right attitude.
    • Issues pass and signs in visitors to the office.
    • Writes minutes during meetings.
    • Maintains a system for recording the use of expenses and petty cash
    • Directs visitors to the appropriate destination i.e. meeting/board room or a particular office room
    • Discharges visitors who are leaving the office.
    • Coordinates and schedules travel meetings and appointments for senior officials.
    • Ensures regular cleaning of the office by the cleaners and proper maintenance of the work environment.
    • Maintains accurate and up-to-date staff contact lists.
    • Photocopies and collates paper and mailings.
    • Ensures all office equipment is in good working order.

    Requirements

    • Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • 1 - 2 year of experience. 

    Salary

    • N45,000 - N50,000 monthly
