    Sales and Business Development Officer

    Job Objective

    • To continually generate new leads and sales prospects that can be converted to deals. Maintaining customers via day to day call activities, while documenting calls made daily via a call memo.
    • Promoting the image and values of the company while keeping a growing emphasis on quality customer service

    Specific Roles and Responsibilities

    • Effective Market research for potential lead generation.
    • Develop strategies to drive revenue within, to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Promote company's ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
    • Generate new leads to be converted to sales and ensure customer retention.
    • Effective and constant monitoring of customers’ activities with a view to cross sell and up sell to such clients.
    • Promptly process new sales requests and review existing sales accurately.
    • Create solutions and ideas which can be effectively presented to customers to make sales.
    • Leverage on the company’s existing relationships to develop referral opportunities.
    • Keep abreast of local and international economic, financial, industry and political events which may impact on sales and provide periodic reports on same
    • Coordinate and confidently deliver customer presentations and demonstrations.
    • Keep management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly analyses.
    • Ensure meticulous follow-up and recording of all sales activities, communications, and opportunities in the CRM system.
    • Make recommendations on sales strategy or policy by evaluating sales results and competitive developments.
    • Make presentations to customers and make OEM relationships.

    Team Formation:

    • Should be able to form and grow a sales team that will increase the overall sales returns of the organization when mandated.
    • Should be able to manage team members and ensure harmony in how the team operates.
    • Would be responsible for the overall performance of the team.
    • Should be able to assess individual performances of team members professionally.
    • Should exhibit leadership qualities.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within IT / Telecoms industry with a proven track record of exceeding targets
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Street-smart and experienced in deploying different initiatives to attract and onboard clients through targeted marketing strategies
    • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
    • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
    • Exceptional project management skills
    • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
    • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and innovations.

    Salary Budget

    • N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (Gross)
    • Commission
    • 13th month
    • Statutory + other benefits

    Network Engineer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establish networking environments by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
    • Maximize and maintain network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades, collaborating with network architects on network optimization within the office and at client’s sites.
    • Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
    • Resolve network related issues at clients’ sites.
    • Attending issues bothering on services provided to clients.
    • Provide detailed reports on clients’ challenges and resolutions carried out necessary diagnosis for problem solving.
    • Oversee all running services being provided to clients.
    • Assisting sales teams by providing technical input during sales runs.
    • Research and unveil new and better ways of deploying solutions and services.
    • Schedule routine maintenance of installed services at clients’ sites and generating reports.
    • Installation and deployment of solutions.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
    • Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information and managing projects.

    Key Tasks

    • Trace, respond and resolve issues.
    • Manage and oversee installations.
    • Generate reports.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 4+ years’ experience inNetwork Engineering.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
    • Industry certifications like Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
    • Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers and WAN accelerators is desirable
    • Good experience in Project Management
    • Good Problem Solving skills and knowledge of LAN
    • Good knowledge of proxy servers, network design and implementation
    • Experience in network troubleshooting and hardware configuration
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in network performance tuning
    • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and innovations

    Salary Budget

    • N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (Gross)
