Job Summary:

• The Regulatory Officer will be responsible for monitoring regulatory developments, ensuring company compliance with applicable laws, and maintaining effective communication with regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements relevant to the company’s operations.
• Ensure the organization complies with all statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory compliance reports and records.
• Conduct internal compliance checks and audits where necessary.
• Advise management on regulatory updates and potential compliance risks.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Support regulatory inspections and investigations when required.

Qualifications and Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
