    Regional Sales Manager – Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solutions

    Job Summary

    • The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering innovative renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
    • The role requires a highly motivated sales professional capable of managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation through project execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial market.
    • Prospect and engage corporate organizations, manufacturing companies, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, hospitality businesses, real estate developers, financial institutions, and government agencies.
    • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable renewable energy solutions.
    • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the engineering team.
    • Present renewable energy solutions to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
    • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
    • Maintain accurate customer information using CRM platforms.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the renewable energy sector.
    • Represent the Company at exhibitions, industry events, and business development meetings.
    • Submit periodic sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to Management.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • 3–5 years' experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the renewable energy, power, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
    • Proven ability to sell high-value commercial solutions and consistently achieve sales targets.
    • Good understanding of Solar PV systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), hybrid energy solutions, and Nigeria's electricity market.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
    • Financial and commercial acumen with the ability to understand project economics and return-on-investment analyses.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
    • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

    Aftersales Technical Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Aftersales Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing post-installation technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and customer training to ensure the optimal performance of the Company's renewable energy systems.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while ensuring maximum system uptime.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to customers on installed solar PV and hybrid energy systems.
    • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems, batteries, inverters, and associated electrical equipment.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools.
    • Commission newly installed renewable energy systems and verify operational performance.
    • Conduct routine site inspections and system performance assessments.
    • Prepare comprehensive service reports after every maintenance visit.
    • Train customers on the safe operation and maintenance of installed systems.
    • Maintain accurate service records, spare parts inventory, and customer service history.
    • Escalate complex technical issues and recommend long-term corrective actions.
    • Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and electrical safety standards.
    • Participate in continuous technical training and product knowledge development.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
    • 2 - 4 years' practical experience in solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Good knowledge of Solar PV Systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), hybrid energy systems, inverters, and charge controllers.
    • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project locations.
