    Early Years Educator

    Responsibilities:

    • Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's educational standards and foster a love for learning
    • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and creativity among young learners
    • Regularly evaluate and document students' developmental milestones and academic progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians
    • Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to share best practices and contribute to the school's collaborative culture
    • Maintain open communication with families to support students' educational and personal growth
    • Engage in ongoing training and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with innovative educational practices

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
    • Experience: Previous experience in early years education or Montessori setting is preferred
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues

    Head of Administration

    Key Responsibilities:-

    • Operational Leadership: Direct all administrative departments (finance, human resources, admissions, facilities,
    • Procurement, student records). Establish performance metrics and service delivery standards
    • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, expenditure control, and financial reporting, collaborating with finance

    Geography Educator

    Requirements/ Responsibilities

    • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject
    • Minimum of 4 years teaching experience
    • Valid teaching certification/ PGDE or currently in progress
    • Excellent level of English(Spoken and written)
    • Strong classroom management
    • Modern teaching methods
    • Develop and deliver engaging geography lessons that captivate and inspire students
    • Integrate digital tools and new media into geography instruction to enhance the learning experience
    • Differentiate lessons to cater to varied abilities and learning needs
