Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified security guards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree 
• 0 - 2 years proven experience as a recruitment officer , preferably within the security industry.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies tailored to hiring security personnel.
• Strong understanding of employment law and regulations pertaining to security staff recruitment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a passion for finding the right talent.
