Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff.
• The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors, students, and staff professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
• Provide basic administrative and clerical support.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous front desk or administrative experience is an advantage.
