    Quality Control Pharmacist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Passionate Quality Control Pharmacist who wants to change the current status quo with healthcare in Sub Saharan Africa.
    • S/he should have proven experience in Quality Management System and managing cold chain products to help scale the organisation to its next stage of growth and expansion.

    What You Get To Do

    • Implement, and maintain safety and Quality Control Processes
    • Work together with other job functions (Inbound, inventory, outbound etc.) to inspect inbound cold chain products to ensure products meet quality standards
    • Maintain and organize all relevant records of inspections done.
    • Keep logbook of daily temperature checks
    • Keep logbook of daily distributed cold chain products
    • Report on temperature gap analysis and explain where improvements can be made.
    • Maintain compliance by ensuring all activities and processes align with Company Safety and Quality policy & objectives.
    • Lead stock count for cold chain products
    • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

    What It Takes To Succeed

    • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical company
    • Proven and verifiable experience with managing cold chain products
    • A keen eye for detail and drive for efficiency
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Proficient in MS Office

    Quality Assurance Associate

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Passionate Quality Assurance Associate who wants to change the current status quo with healthcare in Sub Saharan Africa.
    • S/he should have proven experience in Quality Management System to help scale to its next stage of growth and expansion.

    What You Get To Do

    • Perform process audit, review and execute process improvement where necessary.
    • Lead stock count, Investigate Stock Variances and develop a CAR & PAR on all variances.
    • Conduct on a weekly basis Non Conformity Report and implement Preventive and Corrective action.
    • Conduct and organize trainings
    • Conduct PDSA, Audit reviews on inventory variance and other problems, develop corrective action and preventive action on all inventory variances.
    • Must have proper understanding of 6s and carry out 6s process audit daily.
    • He/she must document NCRs and PARs and CARs and close them on a weekly basis.
    • Keep track of all customer complaints and look to resolve them within the next 24hours.
    • Must have proper understanding of Lean and Kaizen ideologies.
    • Keep accurate documentation according to ALCOA principle and perform statistical analysis.
    • Constantly probe for opportunities for continuous improvement and develop new efficient procedures where necessary
    • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    What It Takes To Succeed

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quality Management position
    • Proven experienced with Audit and stock taking activity
    • A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
    • Outstanding communication skills

    • Proficient in MS Office
    • In depth Understanding of quality procedures.
    • Certification and/or knowledge of quality control procedures according to ISO 9001 is an added advantage.
    • He/she must have a proper understanding of 6sigma. Preferably the DMAIC methodology

    Job Description

    • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required.
    • Evaluate supplier performance based on set criterias
    • Following up on purchase order delivery and supplier invoices

    What It Takes To Succeed

    • First class or a minimum of second class Degree in either Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Chemistry, Physics or Pharmacy
    • 2+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management in the pharmaceutical, Retail & FMCG industry.
    • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
    • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
    • Enviable negotiation skills and relationship management skills
    • Working experience of vendor management software
    • Ability to gather and analyze data and work with figures
    • Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
    • Strong leadership capabilities
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an added advantage.

    Pricing and Market Intelligence Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Passionate Pricing & Market Intelligence Specialist who wants to change the current status quo with healthcare in Sub Saharan Africa.
    • S/he should have proven experience in developing and managing the pricing strategy for the products in our various business units.

    What You Get To Do

    • Develop and manage the pricing strategy for all products. This will involve developing a strategy for collation and use of market information & customer data to inform pricing decisions as well as maintaining pricing databases across all facilities.
    • Understanding various pricing strategies including value-based pricing.
    • Assess pricing and market risks associated with any price changes.
    • Present report on pricing analysis at strategy meetings, highlighting areas of success and lost opportunity.
