We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced quality control specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a quality assurance specialist for our fintech company, your role would be pivotal in ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet the required standard of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, collect, process, and analyse of data, according to the established protocol, procedures & standards as appropriate to specific objectives of the product.
Ensures that all best practices, standard routines and compliances are adhered to by close monitoring of requirements and advising on the corrective action to be taken in case of deviations.
Review and report non-conformities including product standard deviation, product recalls and customer complaints.
Develop and implement quality control standards
Continually assess, refine quality control processes and maintain accurate records and provide regular reports
Conduct thorough testing and validation of company’s products, applications, and software systems to identify defects, bugs, and vulnerabilities.
Perform risk assessments to identify potential risks to the company's systems, data, and operations, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure that the company's products and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations in the financial industry.
Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, test results, and compliance efforts. Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
Continuously assess and improve quality control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, compliance officers, and legal counsel to ensure alignment on quality control standards and objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and complaints related to product quality and usability, and work with relevant teams to address issues and implement improvements.
Ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to protect sensitive financial data and prevent unauthorized access or breaches
