    Projects Supervisor

    Position Overview

    • We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor, to provide overall leadership for our project portfolios.
    • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate projects, including high-rise buildings, mix-use buildings and navigating the regulatory landscape of Lagos or Abuja.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all state regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide overarching technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments, including high-rise buildings, mix-use buldings, from conception to handover.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory engagements, specifically with Lagos State agencies to secure all necessary permits and approvals.
    • Implement and monitor advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and ensure peak project performance.
    • Oversee the preparation, management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and cost-saving initiatives are identified and implemented.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a large, multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architect and technical staff.
    • Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites.
    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to construction, logistics, regulations, and timelines.
    • Act as the senior representative in engagements with clients, contractors, and professional consultants.
    • Provide regular and comprehensive project status reports, including performance against KPIs, to the Projects Coordinator and Managing Director.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior project management roles, with a verifiable track record of delivering large-scale real estate and construction projects in Lagos.
    • Mandatory Professional Certification: Must be a fully registered and licensed member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a distinct advantage.
    • Demonstrable and extensive experience in liaising with Lagos and Abuja lands and building regulatory agencies, with a proven ability to navigate the approval process efficiently.
    • Must have spent a significant portion of their career within the real estate development and construction industry.
    • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in multi-billion Naira project budgeting and cost control.
    • Candidates must be within the age range of 40 to 50 years.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple, complex high-rise or large-scale building projects on time and within budget.

    Architect

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a highly creative, technically proficient, and experienced Architect with a minimum of 5years of proven expertise in the real estate development and construction industry.
    • The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of built projects, demonstrate exceptional design and project management skills, and have experience leading a team of architects.
    • This role reports directly to the Projects Coordinator and the Managing Director, playing a pivotal part in shaping the aesthetic and functional quality of our developments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial real estate projects that align with the company's vision and market demands.
    • Oversee all architectural phases of projects from feasibility studies and schematic design through design development, construction documentation, and project completion.
    • Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of architects and architectural technicians, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
    • Ensure all architectural designs and documentation comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and planning authority requirements in Abuja.
    • Work closely with the Projects Coordinator, Managing Director, and multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP engineers, quantity surveyors) to integrate design intent with technical and budgetary constraints.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations, 3D visualizations, and concept proposals to clients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve any architectural issues on-site.
    • Research and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and systems that balance aesthetic appeal, durability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
    • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, evaluate contractor submissions, and provide technical input during contract negotiations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
    • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification, verifiable experience in architectural design and project delivery within the real estate development and construction industry.
    • Relevant professional certification and registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is mandatory.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of architects and architectural technicians.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential and commercial projects, particularly mixed-use and high-rise developments.
    • Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.
    • Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Abuja, with the flexibility to travel between project sites as required.

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing administrative operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture that aligns with our business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to align with organizational objectives and industry best practices at the Lagos region
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting rigorous background checks and verifying credentials to ensure candidate suitability.
    • Manage employee relations, performance evaluation systems, training initiatives, and career development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
    • Lead all administrative functions, including office management, facilities oversight, asset management, and vendor relations.
    • Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR and administrative practices.

    • Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional growth, while collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 5 years of combined, verifiable experience in human resources and administration roles, with specific experience in the real estate and property construction industry.
    • Relevant professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIHRM, CIPM, SHRM-CP) is mandatory.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR and administrative initiatives, managing talent, and improving operational efficiency within a similar industry setting.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure legal compliance and ethical standards across all operations.
    • Strong experience in conducting employee background checks, reference verifications, and maintaining meticulous staff records.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels, stakeholders, and external partners.
