    Project Manager – Offshore Construction Work

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the overall planning, execution, and close-out of assigned deep water brownfield projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and safety standards.
    • ⁠Develop and implement project execution plans, marine spread strategies, vessel scheduling, and SIMOPS coordination procedures.
    • ⁠ ⁠Establish and lead offshore construction teams, including marine, diving, ROV, subsea, and topside specialists.
    • ⁠Oversee all front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed design, fabrication interface, and offshore construction engineering deliverables.
    • ⁠ ⁠Supervise procurement and logistics planning for equipment, materials, and offshore spread requirements.
    • ⁠Ensure compliance with client specifications, HSE regulations, and international standards (API, DNV, ABS, etc.).
    • ⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on project performance through regular reporting, risk assessments, KPIs, and dashboards. 
    • Act as primary project interface with client, classification societies, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors.
    • ⁠Provide leadership during offshore execution, ensuring safe coordination of construction activities during subsea operations, vessel campaigns, and topside interventions.
    • ⁠ ⁠Identify and mitigate risks associated with deep water operations, especially during critical phases such as subsea installations and SIMOPS.
    • ⁠Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across all teams and stakeholders. Project Scope Examples Projects may include but are not limited to:
    • ⁠ ⁠Subsea jumper replacements and manifold reconfigurations.
    • ⁠Subsea X-mas tree and control system change-outs.
    • ⁠Flowline and umbilical tie-ins.
    • ⁠Topside piping and equipment upgrades.
    • ⁠ ⁠Installation of new control modules and ESD systems.
    • ⁠ ⁠Structural repairs and reinforcement of existing topside infrastructure.
    • ⁠Coordination with drilling, production, and marine operations during SIMOPS.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Subsea, Marine, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
    • ⁠Minimum 10–15 years of experience in offshore construction, with at least 5–7 years as Project Manager in deep water brownfield projects.
    • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and offshore campaigns in West Africa, preferably Nigeria.
    • ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of offshore vessel operations including DSVs, CSVs, installation support vessels, and saturation diving support.
    • ⁠Proven knowledge of SIMOPS planning and execution, including coordination with drilling and production teams.
    • ⁠ ⁠Experienced in preparation and review of engineering documentation, MTOs, method statements, and lifting/rigging procedures.
    • ⁠Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or Primavera, and relevant engineering tools.
    • ⁠Valid BOSIET and offshore medical certification.

    Structural Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience to join our engineering team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design of offshore and onshore structures in the oil and gas industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
    • Proficiency in Ansys and other leading structural engineering software is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for fixed and floating offshore platforms, topsides, subsea structures, modules, and associated equipment.
    • Utilize finite element analysis (FEA) tools such as ANSYS, SACS, STAAD.Pro, or similar software for linear and nonlinear analysis, fatigue, buckling, modal analysis, etc.
    • Develop and review structural models, calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
    • Prepare design documentation including design bases, specifications, data sheets, material take-offs, and engineering deliverables.
    • Ensure all engineering activities are conducted in accordance with international codes and standards such as API, DNV, AISC, ISO, and ASME.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, piping, naval, process, and HSE engineers to ensure design integrity and alignment with project objectives.
    • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, constructability reviews, and client meetings.
    • Provide engineering support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases as needed.
    • Maintain quality control and adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices in all design activities.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution (Master’s degree is an advantage, but is not necessary).
    • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on oil and gas projects.
    • Demonstrated expertise in using Ansys and other structural engineering software (e.g., SACS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000).
    • Demonstrated expertise in using AutoCAD
    • Solid understanding of offshore structural systems and load conditions including wave, wind, seismic, and operational loads.
    • Familiarity with classification societies and regulatory body requirements (e.g., ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register).
    • Experience working with engineering consultants, EPC contractors, or operators in the oil and gas sector.
    • Knowledge of fabrication methods, offshore installation procedures, and structural integrity management.

    • Exposure to digital twin models, structural monitoring systems, or AI-based analysis tools.

    Mechanical & Hydraulics Systems Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a talented Mechanical & Hydraulics Systems Engineer with a minimum of five (5) years of industry experience to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and integration of mechanical and hydraulic systems across various offshore and onshore oil & gas facilities.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is required. Candidates must have a strong understanding of oil and gas project execution, from concept through to commissioning.
    •  Proficiency in French is considered an advantage, as many of our clients operate in French-speaking regions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop mechanical and hydraulic systems for offshore platforms, subsea installations, FPSOs, and topside facilities.
    • Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams using AutoCAD and similar drafting software.
    • Conduct simulations and analyses using tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, HydraCAD, FluidSIM, or EPLAN Fluid (depending on system needs).
    • Select components including pumps, actuators, valves, cylinders, and other hydraulic system elements based on project specifications and functional requirements.
    • Prepare system layouts, P&IDs, hydraulic schematics, and bill of materials (BoM).
    • Perform engineering calculations related to fluid flow, pressure drops, load distribution, power requirements, etc.
    • Ensure designs comply with international codes and standards such as API, ISO, ASME, DNV, and IEC.
    • Coordinate with instrumentation, structural, electrical, and process engineering disciplines to ensure system compatibility and functionality.
    • Support procurement, fabrication, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
    • Participate in design reviews, technical audits, and HAZOP/HAZID workshops.
    • Maintain quality assurance and HSE compliance in all project phases.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical and hydraulic systems engineering in the oil and gas industry.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and exposure to other technical software such as:
      • Solid Works or Autodesk Inventor (3D modeling and mechanical design)
      • ANSYS Mechanical (FEA simulations)
      • HydraCAD, EPLAN Fluid, or FluidSIM (hydraulic circuit design)
      • Mathcad or Engineering Equation Solver (EES) (engineering calculations)
    • Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles and mechanical equipment used in oil and gas applications.
    • Experience with rotating equipment, piping systems, and subsea or topside hydraulic control systems.
    • Familiarity with offshore standards and best practices related to mechanical and hydraulic systems.
    • French language proficiency is a plus, particularly for collaboration with Francophone clients and project stakeholders.
