    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Project Manager who would report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
    • In your role, you will work on strategic projects to grow our product capability and ensure we are user-focused.
    • You would also Interface with a multidisciplinary team and ensure the completion of projects in a timely manner

    Job Description

    • Interfacing with a multidisciplinary team, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Clinical Operations.
    • Ensure all teams are contributing knowledge and documentation to JIRA and Confluence, which anyone could pick up and understand
    • Build tools and dashboards in Confluence to pull in live information, which creates visibility and improves processes.
    • Being a Trouble-shooter, who can easily identify the most straightforward solution through complex issues and moving deadlines.
    • Work autonomously, but know when to report and escalate any risks, delays or issues to the relevant people
    • Understand the true impact of risk on your project, and know-how to mitigate risks without impeding the pace of delivery

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Project management
    • Tertiary Education from a recognized institution ideally in project management or a similar field.
    • You must be able to present a portfolio of the projects you have worked on.
    • Experience working in an agile organization and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall processes) is a must.
    • Experience working with Jira and Confluence is a must
    • Be a good problem solver who can ideate solutions and act on them independently
    • Experience working in high-growth start-ups is an added advantage
    • Experience working with senior leaders in technology is an added advantage
    • Having a Project Management certification is an added advantage

    UI / UX Designer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a passion for real impactful work, finding solutions to allow our customers to access healthcare most easily and intuitively. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

    Job Description

    • Find solutions to allow our customers to access healthcare most easily and intuitively.
    • Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
    • Identify new product improvement opportunities and propose research to validate these ideas.
    • Communicating design ideas to a broad range of stakeholders (management, engineers, medics, product) using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
    • Work with product managers to analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
    • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
    • Coordinate with other design team members to follow consistent design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
    • Work closely with product managers to suggest improvements for products and processes.

    Job Experience

    • Minimum of 4 years work experience as a product designer/ UI/UX Designer is required
    • Tertiary Education from a recognized institution, ideally in design or a similar field.
    • A strong portfolio packed with clean and inventive interface design is required
    • Strong understanding of the principles of user-centered design. Knowledge and experience of design guidelines and behavior patterns. Can speak in detail about user expectations and design/UX principles for both web and mobile is required
    • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, UX design, and usability testing is required
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Illustrator, Figma, Webflow, usability tools and other visual design tools is required
    • Creative problem-solving designer - not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
    • Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
    • Proven experience working with cross-functional team members, with examples in your portfolio
    • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Adaptable and willing to learn from experts within the company, and constantly striving to improve. 
    • Having a knowledge of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, and JavaScript (React) is an added advantage.

    • Proficiency with customer journey mapping and prototyping tools. You should be able to develop new design concepts through sketching and using prototyping tools like Marvel, Figma, Invision, XD or similar is a must
    • Experience working with established design teams and contributing to internal process improvements
    • Can navigate ambiguity - designing products that cater for the needs of a variety of users while balancing conflicting requirements
    • Ability to set out goals for user research and clearly interpret the results of that research
    • Excellent communication skills and can explain ideas and concepts in a way that non-designers and non-technical people understand
    • Ability to collaborate with relevant stakeholders including data scientists and product managers.
