    Project Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in ensuring the assembly of PPEs materials and consumables for all Projects. 
    • Assist in the review of ALL tender documents and compile materials required for the bid. 
    • Assist in ensuring the timely packaging of Pre-qual bids, technical and commercial tenders. 
    • Placing a copy of each bid quotation on file and submitting to the client on time. 
    • Ensuring the electronic control of documents.
    • Ensure that delivered products are within the client's quality expectation
    • Ensure that projects meet targets and deadlines as set by BOG/ Clients.
    • Act as the Project support for BOG Project management office
    • Managing projects.
    • Assists in the development of work plans and proposals for project improvement process.
    • Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
    • Consistently apply project standards.
    • Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
    • Ensures the implementation of the full components of fiscally running a project successfully. Documents and analyses required information data.
    • Collates project documentation e.g progress and highlight reports, incident reports, etc.

    • Responsible for the sending out of RFQ and contracts to contractors for service jobs.
    • Demonstrate ability and skills to relieve the Supervisor - PMO 
    • Assist in development and implementation of in-house training modules 
    • Prepare commercial and cash flow analysis for every request and send to Supervisor for review. 
    • Works with the senior project analyst to ensure that project outcomes are achieved. 
    • Maintains project equipment and assets list. 
    • Assist to ensure up to date certification of assets all the time.
    • Work with the Warehouse Officer and Team Leads to coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment to and from project site. 

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc with at least three years' experience in a similar role. 
    • Broad knowledge of the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.
    • Good documentation skills. 
    • PMP Certification is an added advantage

    Sales Engineer - Rotating Equipment

    Overall Purpose of Job

    • In-depth knowledge of Milton Roy Products to provide solutions to clients in the IOCs, EPC Companies and other profitable companies.

    Responsibilities

    • In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Milton Roy products. 
    • Identify application areas on client sites and make appropriate proposal on the benefits and usage of the products. 
    • Prepare teleconference meeting with OEM's on Rotating Equipment (Milton Roy) 
    • Prepare monthly report on each teleconference with OEM

    Senior Product Specialist (Sales Engineering) - Rotating Equipment

    Overall Purpose of Job

    • To develop Rotating Equipment (Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, etc) business in the oil and gas sector and ensure a robust revenue and steady growth from sales of the products to the end users.

    Responsibilities

    • In-depth product knowledge and working knowledge of areas of application 
    • Identify application areas on client sites and make appropriate proposal on the benefits and usage of the products. 
    • Identify key companies/ operators in the non-oil and gas industries to engage 
    • Make regular customer visits with presentations to showcase products & applications 
    • Follow up quotations submitted to ensure speedy closeout 
    • Working with Trading/ marketing companies to position/ showcase our stock product at the open market where we do not have footprints.

    Senior Procurement Service Advisor

    Overall Purpose of Job

    • Providing procurement advisory support with little or no supervision in the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil & Gas Industry

    Responsibilities
    Executing the following with little or no supervision and having the ability to bring a new entrant up to speed:

    • Request for Quotations (RFQs), Electronic RFXs processing, and management. 
    • Managing suppliers of materials. 
    • Processing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) received on assigned accounts. 
    • Obtaining quotes from suppliers.

    Overall Purpose of the Role

    • To assist with the attainment of company's business growth objectives, articulating new business development opportunities in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry and compiling bids and collecting projects data.

    Responsibilities
