    Program Manager

    About the Role

    • Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road construction, civil works, and infrastructure delivery, with proven experience managing multi-project environments, diverse teams, and high-value project portfolios.
    • This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and deep technical knowledge of construction project execution cycles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for multiple infrastructure projects under the program.
    • Develop and manage program objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance standards.
    • Coordinate all phases of project delivery—from conceptual development, design review, procurement, execution, monitoring, to project close-out.
    • Ensure resource allocation, risk management, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
    • Lead weekly/monthly program review meetings with project managers and cross-functional teams.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Track and report program performance, identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions.
    • Drive adherence to HSE standards across all project sites.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and introduce best practices in program management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience managing major civil and infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges, or related works.
    • Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery—planning, execution, and commissioning.
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, COREN, MNSE or related project management credentials preferred.
    • Strong leadership, communication, contract management, and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving ability and experience managing large teams and budgets.
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.

    Logistics Coordinator

    • We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction logistics, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, inventory management, and site operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics operations for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
    • Oversee storage and distribution of construction materials while minimizing costs and delays.
    • Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and transport teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all logistics operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supplier transactions.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics within the construction industry.
    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CLP, PMP in Logistics, or any supply chain certification) are an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of construction logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
    • Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory tracking systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple project logistics simultaneously.

    Administrative Supervisor

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of solid, hands-on administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry, and demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and manage daily administrative operations across office and site locations.
    • Ensure effective documentation, record management, and adherence to company policies.
    • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, project materials, and administrative logistics.
    • Oversee facility maintenance, office organization, and asset management.
    • Support site teams with administrative structure, reporting, documentation, and compliance.
    • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and expatriates.
    • Track and maintain administrative budgets, vendor relationships, and contract renewals.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports for management review.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 7 years of proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with site administration, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
    • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
