    People Manager

    Job Description

    • The People Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for developing and executing people strategies that enable organizational growth, operational excellence, and exceptional employee experience across Cavista Holdings and its diverse portfolio of companies. This role partners closely with executive leadership and business leaders to drive workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, culture, change management, and people operations.
    • The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational excellence with the ability to influence leaders, build high-performing teams, strengthen organizational capability, and deliver scalable people solutions across multiple industries and business environments.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with the team and business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support sustainable growth across Cavista Holdings and its portfolio companies.
    • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of people policies, governance frameworks, employee lifecycle processes, and HR best practices to ensure consistency, compliance, operational excellence, and an exceptional employee experience across the Group.
    • Drive organizational development initiatives include organizational design, change management, culture transformation, employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce capability program that support business transformation and long-term growth.
    • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless workforce planning, onboarding, employee movement, workforce optimization, and people-related decision-making.
    • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, investigations, grievance management, and policy interpretation while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
    • Lead the annual performance management cycle, supporting leaders in goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration, performance improvement planning, and recognition program that drive accountability and high performance.
    • Analyze workforce data, people metrics, engagement insights, turnover trends, and organizational health indicators to provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations that support informed business decisions.
    • Support the development and implementation of compensation, benefits, rewards, recognition, and employee well-being initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Conduct regular visits to portfolio companies to strengthen business partnerships, assess organizational health, support people initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with Group people strategies and standards.
    • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, employee wellbeing, and a high-performance culture by promoting initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Support mergers, acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and integration initiatives by providing strategic people support, workforce transition planning, change management, and post-integration stabilization.
    • Represent the People function in enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, governance and cross-functional projects, ensuring people considerations are embedded in organizational decision-making.
    • Perform any other strategic people, organizational development, or cross-portfolio responsibilities assigned by executive leadership to support the continued growth, stability, and long-term success of Cavista Holdings and its portfolio companies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Management, or related discipline.
    • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
    • Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, HRCI (PHR/SPHR), CIPD, or an equivalent internationally recognized HR certification is preferred.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 4 years in or People Manager role.
    • Experience supporting multiple business units, portfolio companies, or geographically dispersed teams within a holdings company, multinational organization, or consulting environment.
    • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change management.
    • Strong experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
    • Experience across multiple industries is highly desirable.

    Finance Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Finance Manager will play a central role in driving financial performance, discipline, and strategic decision-making across Cavista Holdings’ multi-sector portfolio. The role is accountable for translating financial data into actionable insights, strengthening financial controls, and enabling leadership to make informed, value-driven decisions.
    • Operating within a dynamic, multi-entity and multi-geography environment, the Finance Manager will support business growth, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial integrity across operations. This role is critical to improving profitability, enhancing reporting standards, and building scalable financial systems aligned with Cavista holdings long-term growth strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business performance and strategic objectives
    • Provide timely, accurate financial insights and analysis to guide executive decision-making across business units
    • Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance across multiple entities and geographies
    • Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities and driving corrective actions
    • Partner with business leaders to improve cost efficiency, revenue optimization, and overall financial outcomes
    • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global standards
    • Support capital allocation decisions, investment analysis, and business case development for growth initiatives
    • Build and improve scalable financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
    • Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimization across operations
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, strategy, and leadership teams to drive business performanc

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CFA, CPA) strongly preferred
    • 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with exposure to corporate finance, FP&A, or financial management
    • Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-country, or complex business environments
    • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting capabilities
    • Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights
    • Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks
    • Experience supporting business growth, investment decisions, or operational scaling initiatives
    • High proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, data analytics platforms)
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and operate effectively in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

    Senior Business Development Manager

    • The Senior Business Development Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for identifying, developing, and executing growth opportunities across Cavista Holdings and all our diverse portfolio of businesses. This role will drive revenue growth, partnerships, market expansion, and new business initiatives while working closely with executive leadership, subsidiary heads, and key stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with the ability to operate across multiple industries and geographies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business development strategies aligned with Cavista Holdings’ overall growth objectives.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to support investment and expansion decisions.
    • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships and alliances.
    • Lead negotiations and structuring of commercial agreements, ensuring favorable and sustainable outcomes.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of 8–12 years progressive experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or commercial leadership roles.
    • Proven experience driving growth in multi-business or holding company environments.
    • Strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex negotiations.
    • Experience working across multiple markets or regions is highly desirable.
