    Payroll Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Payroll Officer.
    • The Payroll Officer will oversee and process payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee payments.
    • Responsibilities include handling payroll taxes, managing benefits and deductions, maintaining payroll records, preparing reports, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
    • The role demands close collaboration with the Finance department to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, as well as providing support in aligning payroll practices with financial objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Expertise in Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and Payroll Taxes

    Sales Engineer - Renewable

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Sales Engineer - Renewable.
    • The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing leads, identifying client needs, and proposing suitable renewable energy solutions.
    • The role involves providing technical support during the sales process, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

    Qualifications

    Generator Electrical Engineer - Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the formulation of departmental strategies derived from the overall functional strategy and oversee their implementation within the section to ensure vertical alignment and cross-departmental integration across Jubaili Bros.
    • Lead and manage both direct and indirect reports through effective recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning to maximize team productivity and achieve sectional objectives.
    • Oversee the section’s daily operations by providing technical guidance, fostering teamwork, and streamlining processes to ensure consistent high performance and achievement of established targets.
    • Develop and coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritizing customer needs based on zone, urgency, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient servicing of generators.
    • Supervise and participate in technical assignments including site inspections, fault diagnosis, problem resolution, design modifications, troubleshooting, and management of major faults or customer complaints to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Provide pricing guidance for services rendered, including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for major works, coordination with the spare parts department, pricing of on-call visits, and monitoring of receivables to ensure timely closure of accounts.
    • Review and analyze reports from the Maintenance Coordinator regarding breakdown trends, service delays, and contract renewals, and recommend corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
    • Liaise with the technical department on customer cases, warranty issues, complaints, and product improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer experience.
    • Maintain proactive communication with customers, addressing their technical needs, feedback, and concerns to ensure timely resolution and sustained customer satisfaction.
    • Supervise the proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring availability, safe handling, and timely replacement to support uninterrupted field operations.
    • Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.

    Senior Sales Engineer - Solar

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals within the solar energy sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s solar client base across commercial, industrial, and utility segments.
