Provide pricing guidance for services rendered, including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for major works, coordination with the spare parts department, pricing of on-call visits, and monitoring of receivables to ensure timely closure of accounts.
Review and analyze reports from the Maintenance Coordinator regarding breakdown trends, service delays, and contract renewals, and recommend corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
Liaise with the technical department on customer cases, warranty issues, complaints, and product improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer experience.
Maintain proactive communication with customers, addressing their technical needs, feedback, and concerns to ensure timely resolution and sustained customer satisfaction.
Supervise the proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring availability, safe handling, and timely replacement to support uninterrupted field operations.
