    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the business, design and implement effective systems, and ensure the organisation runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • The ideal candidate is a forward thinker who is proactive, business-minded, and able to translate strategy into actionable operations.
    • You must be able to work independently, lead teams effectively, and contribute to the company’s growth and expansion.

    Responsibilities
    Organisational Operations Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day running of the business to ensure seamless operations.
    • Develop, implement, and refine operational structures, workflows, and business processes.
    • Monitor internal operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure departmental alignment with company goals and maintain consistent communication across teams.

    Strategy, Planning & Policy Development:

    • Develop operations strategies that support business growth and expansion.
    • Create, review, and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
    • Support leadership in planning long-term organisational initiatives.
    • Conduct periodic operational reviews and present data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    Performance Management & Leadership:

    • Lead, supervise, and support internal teams to optimize service delivery.
    • Create a performance-driven culture by setting KPIs, tracking performance, and providing feedback.
    • Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity and accountability.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.

    Process Optimization & Business Efficiency:

    • Use data and analytics to improve operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
    • Design and manage operational dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting tools.
    • Ensure operational consistency, quality control, and compliance across the organization.
    • Oversee and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships where necessary.

    Administrative & Reporting Functions:

    • Ensure all administrative systems, records, and documentation are properly maintained.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
    • Oversee inventory, office logistics, facility management, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between operations, sales, finance, and other departments.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • A master's degree (MBA or relevant field) is an added advantage.
    • 4 - 5 years proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within real estate or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of operations management, business structures, and organisational processes.
    • Ability to develop operational strategies, policies, and systems.
    • Proactive, smart, solution-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
    • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
    • At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
    • Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
    • Proven track record of growing and managing social media communities.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling abilities.
    • Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
    • Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing tools.
