    Operation and Administrative Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • To supervise operations activities, administrative duties, manages and coordinates a team and division
    • Oversee office supplies, manage departmental budgets, and handle vendor relationship
    • Supervise maintenance, security, office moves, and general upkeep of premises
    • Act as a link between admin staff, management, and other departments for project completion
    • Maintain records, reports, manuals, and SOPs
    • Address daily issues, complaints, and operational challenges

    Qualification and Required Skills

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2 to 3 years’ post NYSC experience in related role
    • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of office procedures, Administration and general coordination.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.

    Accountant

    Key responsibilities

    • Prepare relevant financial statements and provide analysis on company performance
    • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to help plan for the future
    • Calculate, prepare, and file taxes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and offer advice on tax planning
    • Conduct internal audits and reconcile bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial records
    • Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including ledgers and transactional data
    • Analyze costs and recommend ways to reduce expenses and improve profitability
    • Advise management on financial matters, such as investments, and help guide strategic decisions

    Qualification and Required Skills

    • HND or B.Sc Degree in Accounting and or Finance with minimum one year post NYSC experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N110,000 / month.

    Internal Auditor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute audit plans, assessing risks and controls across financial and operational areas.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems, and compliance with policies/regulations.
    • Review financial records, identify discrepancies, analyze trends, and detect potential fraud or misconduct.
    • Document audit findings, present clear reports with actionable recommendations to management, and follow up on corrective actions.
    • Work with management and other departments to implement improvements, develop action plans, and ensure issues are resolved.

    Qualification and Required Skills

    • HND or B.Sc. in Accounting and or Finance with minimum one year post NYSC experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity, objectivity, and independence.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Knowledge of auditing standards and risk assessment frameworks.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
