Job Summary:

The School Chaplain / Head of Boarding provides spiritual leadership and oversees the effective running of the boarding house. He ensures the spiritual growth, welfare, and discipline of boarders in line with the school’s Christian values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead devotions, chapel services, and prayer sessions
• Conduct early morning and Sunday services for boarders
• Plan and coordinate special programs such as Christmas Carol and other spiritual activities
• Supervise houseparents and boarding staff
• Ensure the welfare, discipline, and proper care of all boarders
• Organize and lead staff boarding devotions
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to students

Reporting Line:

• Reports directly to the Administrator General and School Management
