The position is directly responsible for revenue generation through high profile event engagement strategies. The Club Events/Concierge Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the club\'s reputation, attracting new members, and ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.

Event Strategy & Curation
- Develop and implement a quarterly event calendar aligned with organizational goals, member interests, and market trends.
- Research, conceptualize, and design creative and unique event concepts and formats to engage diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Membership, F&B, Operations) to align event themes with brand strategy.
Event Planning & Execution
- Prepare detailed event plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, entertainers, speakers, and suppliers.
- Oversee venue setup, décor, audio-visual requirements, catering, and other logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
- Coordinate event staff and volunteers; provide briefing and training as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage and build relationships with members, sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance event content and sponsorship opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on-site during events.
Post-Event Evaluation
- Analyze event success through feedback surveys, attendance data, and financial reports.
- Prepare and present post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, contracts, and event documentation.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope of Services
The Consultant agrees to provide event management consultancy services to the Client, including but not limited to:
- Curation and Implementation of the business & Social events for the month.
- Vendor negotiations and management.
- Budget development and monitoring.
- Logistics oversight.
- On-site event supervision; and
- Post-event reporting and analysis.
Concierge:
- Develop and maintain a list of Concierge Partners (local & international)
- Initiates partnerships with international initiatives, brands, lounges, beaches houses etc, with discount for member\'s benefits.
- Sought Clubs abroad for affiliation and sealed agreement deals for the Club.
- Make reservations for members, such as for meeting rooms, lunch, dinner, hotel etc home and abroad.
- Write Introduction letters to Reciprocal clubs to announce our members upon their arrival abroad.
- Follow up with members for feedback after club events to ensure members\' satisfaction and improvement.
- Attend to members requests/inquiries of members and address in a timely manner.
- Assist in coordinating events/debt recovery.
- Make sure that the club ambiance standards are maintained, club event advertisement updated and placed.
- Updates member\'s information on Constant contact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in event planning, hospitality, membership clubs, or concierge services.
- Proven expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and end-to-end event execution.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills for managing VIP clientele.
