    Merchandiser / Van Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    Direct Sales:

    • Engage with retailers to present product benefits and close sales.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.

    Merchandising:

    • Set up and maintain attractive product displays according to brand standards.
    • Ensure product placement and planogram compliance in retail outlets.

    Inventory & Logistics:

    • Merchandisers Monitor and report on product stock levels, coordinating timely replenishment.
    • Plan efficient travel routes across assigned territories.
    • Ensure the company van is clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked.

    Reporting & Feedback:

    •  Track sales performance and report progress to management.
    •  Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience:

    • Minimum secondary school education; diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or similar roles, with prior van sales experience being an advantage.

    Skills

    •  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    •  Self-motivated with a keen focus on achieving targets.
    •  Proficient with basic mobile phone applications 
    •  Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    Sales Representative - Distillery

    Job Summary:

    • A Distillery company is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales
    • Representative to drive the distribution and visibility of our premium alcoholic beverages, including gin, schnapps, and sparkling fruit wines. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, a passion for the beverage industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with wholesalers, retailers, bars, restaurants, and event promoters.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and approach potential clients including distributors, retail outlets, hotels, bars, and restaurants
    • Promote and sell the distillery’s product range to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
    • Conduct product tastings, presentations, and promotional events to increase brand awareness
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to inform strategy
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches
    • Ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment collection from customers
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management

    Requirements:

    • Proven sales experience in the beverage, FMCG, or alcohol industry preferred
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel frequently
    • Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage market and distribution channels
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    Bonus Skills:

    • Existing relationships with retailers, bars, or distributors in your region
    • Experience with sales reporting tools or CRM systems

    Sales Associate - Telematics

    Job Description and Responsibilities: 

    • The Fleet Telematics (vehicle tracking) SaaS Sales Executive will be responsible for generating B2B leads, building relationships and rapport with potential right fit customers/clients- tier A Multinationals, have demo calls or F2F meeting, close big value transactions, and scout new business to drive sales revenue. The Fleet Telematics (vehicle tracking) SaaS Sales Executive is expected to work on site at Lagos Office up to 45% and remotely up to 55% allowing time flexibility, management of self and work requirements- Our interest is in quality of work; not hours at work. 

    Qualifications and Skills Required 

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills  
    • Sound stakeholder management within Grade A, tier-1 Multinationals.  
    • Able to identify, connect, build and nurture quality relationship with key decision   makers within identified customer personnel & cluster in the Automotive Industry.  
    • Verifiable B2B sales capability  
    • Strong numeric ability  
    • Customer mapping ability  
    • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close good value deals  
    • Experience in sales management and training  
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software: MsWord, Excel, Powerpoint, Zoho etc.  
    • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Admin., Marketing, Sales or a related courses  
    • Experience selling Vehicle tracking + Software as a Service SaaS solutions is a huge plus.  
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
