    Business Development Executive

    Salary Range: 300,000 - 600,000.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of strategic development narrative, new business opportunities to drive growth, revenue, writing concepts and proposals, supporting report development as needed, and more. An individual who will also focus on pursuing new opportunities and trends to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Identify new and follow up business opportunities. 
    • Track industry news for opportunities/issues.
    • Monitor competitor activity, client and company, sector, and geographic trends, draw conclusions, assess implications, prepare marketing, and research reports.
    • Manage the pitch/proposal-development process from start to finish.
    • Identify or create client/prospect outreach development tools such as one-on-one meetings, seminars and speaking engagements, events, sponsorships, client alerts, newsletters, fact sheets and other direct client communication.       
    • Assist with assessing/recommending priorities for BD plans/budget, track budgets throughout the year and make recommendations to optimize limited resources.
    • Manage all business development processes and procedures. 

    Qualifications and Skills Required

    • BA/BSc. in relevant discipline
    • previous working experience in a creative or marketing agency, graphics design skills, social media management skills, team management skills, project management skills.
    • Candidates should be vastly networked within the entertainment, advertising, and corporate spaces.
    • Candidates should possess some digital marketing skills/experience.
    • Candidate should be able to build strong, compelling, and visually appealing pitch decks.
    • Candidate should be excellent at presentation – confident and well-spoken.
    • Candidates should be self-driven and focused.
    • Candidates should be less than 38 years old.

    Producer's Assistant

    Salary Range: 80,000 -100,000. NGN

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a competent Production Assistant to support all aspects of film or TV production. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, from organizing sets to distributing scripts to crowd control.

    If you want to prove yourself and work your way up the ranks in film making, this is the place to start. High energy and commitment are essential. If you are a restless individual who can multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively, you’ll quickly become invaluable.

    Key Responsibilities

     Planning

    • Assist with the planning, management and delivery of production elements.
    • Assist with the planning and delivery of the Company’s various events; specifically working with the Production Manager on the delivery of sponsor, donor and philanthropic events and activity. 
    • Attend production meetings, design presentations and any other meetings relating to the Company’s activities and specific productions, installations, workshops, functions and events. 
    • Assist with the planning and scheduling for productions, ensuring that venues are provided with accurate information pertaining to the production.
    • Assist all relevant schedules and risk management documentation relating to production and operational activity.
    • Maintain a register for all aspects of the production, recording the contact details and ensuring hired or borrowed items are returned at the completion of use. 
    • Assist the Venue & Operations Manager with the planning and maintenance of a safe and WH&S compliant work environment in line with relevant policies and guidelines and specific to the production environment. 

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Candidate must possess excellent written and spoken command of English language.
    •  BA/HND in Film, Media or Theatre Arts
    • Candidates must possess an appreciable level of competence in MS packages.
    • Candidates must possess excellent email etiquette and client relation skills.
    • Candidate must be ready for the rigours of film production.
    • Candidate must be focused, committed, disciplined and timely with responsibilities.
    • Candidate must be willing to learn, grow and morph into a producer.

    Other advantage (s); social media content creation, social media management, graphics design, presentation skills.

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Producers assistant.
