Job Summary
The Patient Services Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless patient experience while supporting hospital operations and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Register patients and manage appointments accurately
- Provide information on hospital services, processes, and billing procedures
- Coordinate patient flow to reduce waiting times and improve service delivery
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

Job Summary
The Pharmacy Technician will support the Pharmacist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient pharmaceutical services in line with regulatory standards.

- Conduct ward rounds, outpatient consultations, and emergency care as required

- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous medical education
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
- MBBS / MBChB from a recognized institution
- Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
- Valid practicing license
- Minimum of 2–4years post-qualification experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to quality care and continuous learning
- Strong knowledge of EMR
