    Head of Operations (Chattered Accountant)

    Position Summary:

    The Head Of Operations(HOO) will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (Preferably a female) with a proven track record in operational management, strategic planning, and financial oversight.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set and drive the organization’s vision and operational strategy.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements as necessary.
    • Provide financial oversight and ensure fiscal responsibility throughout the organization.
    • Lead a team of departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • Chartered Accountant designation required. (A female candidate will be preferred)

    Office Secretary (Cleaning & Front Desk)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment, including cleaning and sanitizing office spaces, restrooms, and common areas.
    • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, ensuring proper delivery to relevant staff or departments.
    • Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage office supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed.
    • Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and organized.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting rooms.
    • Ensure all office equipment and facilities are in good working order, and report any issues to management.
    • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to maintain the smooth running of the office.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Previous experience in office administration, front desk, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
