• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, WHT, and other statutory payments.
• Manage payroll processing and employee expense claims.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide management reports and recommendations.
• Maintain proper financial controls and support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• ICAN or ICAN in View is Compulsory

• Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical power, lighting, earthing, and low-current systems.
• Prepare mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, calculations, and specifications.
• Conduct system sizing, load analysis, and equipment selection.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Supervise mechanical and electrical installations, testing, and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve MEP design or construction issues.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years experience in construction or MEP projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools
• 3+ years experience in HVAC, plumbing or building systems
• Knowledge of mechanical design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit MEP)
• Project site supervision skills
• COREN Certification is Compulsory
• PMP Certification is an added advantage
