Quantity Surveyor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 8 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Building and Construction , Engineering / Technical
- Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
- Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Manage project budgets and cost control throughout project life cycle.
- Conduct tendering, evaluation, and contract documentation.
- Measure and value construction works on site.
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Monitor variations, claims, and cost impacts.
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract administration.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
