    Quantity Surveyor

    • Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs).
    • Manage project budgets and cost control throughout project life cycle.
    • Conduct tendering, evaluation, and contract documentation.
    • Measure and value construction works on site.
    • Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
    • Monitor variations, claims, and cost impacts.
    • Advise on procurement strategies and contract administration.
    • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers.
    • Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts.
    • Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
