Accountant at Alphabait Realty Ltd

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, WHT, and other statutory payments.
• Manage payroll processing and employee expense claims.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide management reports and recommendations.
• Maintain proper financial controls and support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• ICAN or ICAN in View is Compulsory
