Job Description

• Accountable for Daily kitchen operations

Duties and Responsibilities
Food Preparation:

• Plan food menus for the monthbased on the availability of ingredients
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Responsible for foodpreparation process and any other relative activities in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the Admin manager to align kitchen operations with the overarching goals of the establishment
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and in a good condition
• Raise monthly kitchenbudget
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures

Quality control:

• Inspect raw and cooked food items to guarantee that the highest quality products are prepared and served
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Inventory:

• Determine food inventory needs, stocking and ordering

Job Requirements

• Must have 4- 7years work experience.
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management

• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

Job Description

• Strong reporting and data visualization
  experience across a variety of tools (Visio, ppt, excellent in excel and Microsoft word)
• High IQ and a good communicator
• Ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into high impact reports and visualizations
• In-depth knowledge around best practices in data visualization design and the presentation of information in order to enable business users to arrive at insights quickly and efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a good listener.
• Experience working in agile development environments and an agile mindset (rapid iterations and deliverables, ongoing engagement with business stakeholders).
• Book meetings and schedule events
• Order office stationery and supplies
• Maintain internal databases
• Submit expense reports
• Keep employee records (physical and digital)
• Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare regular reports and presentations
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed
• Answer and redirect phone calls
• Make travel arrangements
• Handle queries from managers and employees
• Update office policies and ensure compliance with them

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
