    Mobile Money (Project Manager Lead)

    JOB OVERVIEW

    • An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and talented IT Project Manager to join a dynamic project team. The resource shall be responsible for conducting activities focusing on meeting all the necessary work requirements in the scope and not limited to integration in compliance with the agreed solution specifications and architecture design as applicable.

    POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    • Experience working in a medium to large organization.
    • Formal project management experience over the same period.
    • Proven experience in Managing Financial and other Digital projects and solutions across complex, trans-national, cross-Functional program and channels with a DevOps model.
    • Experience of facilitating project coordination and managing expectations across internal, 3rd party and/or client teams according to project requirements and work streams from kick off to deployment.
    • Risk management prior to and during the project execution, managing risks within project timelines, budgets.
    • Ability to participate in work session(s) to validate requirements and make all necessary clarifications and templates as applicable.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    • First degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline or Social Sciences.
    • Possession of a professional project management certification (PRINCE2/PMP) will be an advantage.
    • Certification in any Agile Project Management practice /framework (Scrum, SAFe etc)
    • Good communication skills

    • Good industry and solution knowledge
    • Technical project knowledge in BSS and OSS layers

    Data Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
    • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
    • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
    • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Data Analytics

    Keys Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's and/or advanced degree with a concentration in Data Analytics; Finance; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Statistics/Mathematics. Minimum of 2.1
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
    • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
    • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
    • Ability to learn and dedication to service delivery
    • Proficiency in office automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, etc)
    • Proficiency in SQL

    IT Recruitment Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
    • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
    • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
    • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
    • Performing background and reference checks.
    • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

    Requirements/Experience

    • To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
