What will you do

• Diagnose faults during production to minimise downtime
• Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Support mechanical installations and facility improvements (design to commissioning)
• Plan maintenance workload, support shutdowns, supervise vendors/contractors
• Manage spare parts availability and keep maintenance records up to date

Requirements

• BSc Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
• Minimum 2 years’ mechanical maintenance experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
• Basic HVAC/AC knowledge
• Strong planning, reporting, and safety mindset

Job description

• Perform routine and advanced chemical analyses on raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products.
• Utilize analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and titration for complex testing.
• Interpret, validate, and document analytical results to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and ensure timely calibration.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, FDA) in all laboratory procedures.
• Keep accurate and compliant laboratory records, notebooks, and analytical documentation.
• Prepare concise analytical reports and support the development or revision of SOPs and test methods.
• Assist with internal and external audits by maintaining readiness and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train junior staff in laboratory techniques and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean lab environment.
