    Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify market gaps and opportunities for the firm.
    • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the firm's overall business objectives and budget.
    • Branding: Advise on and help establish brand positioning and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

    Campaigns & Content:

    • Campaign Execution: Develop, manage, and oversee various marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
    • Content Creation: Produce marketing materials such as website copy, blog posts, brochures, presentations, and other collateral to promote the firm's services.
    • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate promotional events, interviews, and other activities to increase brand visibility and client engagement.

    Analysis & Reporting:

    • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, return on investment) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
    • Reporting: Compile detailed reports summarizing campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for improvements to internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on new marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.

    Collaboration & Relationships:

    • Internal Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with broader business goals.
    • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and agencies involved in marketing activities.
    • Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, and other partners.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 3 - 5 years of work experience.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.

    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities
    Market Analysis & Strategy:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify new growth opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

    • Generate new business leads through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
    • Identify and research potential clients and strategic partners to expand the company's reach.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and needs.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing tailored solutions and effectively communicating the firm's value proposition.

    Sales & Proposal Development:

    • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that address specific client needs and objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., consultants, technical experts) to develop customized solutions.

    Negotiation & Closing Deals:

    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business agreements.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing new business deals.

    Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive client satisfaction.
    • Provide regular, detailed reports to senior management on sales forecasts, market insights, and business development initiatives.

    Brand Representation:

    • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
