    Marketing and Lead Generation Manager

    Role Overview:

    • The Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist will drive our church’s outreach and engagement efforts through strategic marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
    • The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, with a focus on generating leads and promoting church events and programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote church events, programs, and services. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional media.
    • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential leads through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach activities. Nurture leads to increase participation and membership within the church community.
    • Events: Plan and execute promotional strategies for church events, services, and programs, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work with other departments and teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and support overall outreach initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: Proven experience in marketing and lead generation, with a track record of successful campaigns.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably but not limited to a faith-based or non-profit context.
    • Technical Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

    Preferred Skillset

    • Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Experience in digital and traditional marketing channels.
    • Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate and manage leads through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.

    Role Overview

    • The Copywriter will be responsible for crafting inspiring, clear, and engaging written content for the church’s various communication channels.
    • This role is key in conveying the church’s message and mission through well-written and impactful text.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Write and edit content for newsletters, websites, social media, promotional materials, and sermon notes. Ensure all content is aligned with the church’s voice and mission.
    • Collaboration: Work with other departments to gather information and develop content that supports the church’s programs and initiatives.
    • Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to the church’s style guidelines.
    • Content Strategy: Assist in developing content strategies that support the church’s communication goals and engage the target audience.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in a religious or non-profit context.
    • A portfolio of writing samples is required.
