    Human Resource Assistant (NYSC)

    Job Summary: 

    • The Human Resource Assistant (NYSC) will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and activities. The ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic NYSC member with an interest in human resources and talent management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
    • Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

    Litigation Clerk (NYSC)

    Job Summary: 

    • The Litigation Clerk Assistant (NYSC) will support the Litigation department in daily administrative tasks and activities. The ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic NYSC member with an interest in Litigation Administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents for case proceedings.
    • Maintain and update case files and records.
    • Liaise with court officials, and other parties involved in cases.
    • Support Lawyers in trial preparation and case management.
    • Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and scheduling meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a current NYSC member serving or eligible to serve in Lagos.
    • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or any other management courses
    • Good understanding of legal terminology and processes.
    • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
