Management Information Systems Specialist at WATT Renewable Corporation

• This role goes beyond traditional IT support. We are looking for a systems architect and operator who understands how technology enables performance, accountability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Infrastructure

• Oversee company-wide IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, cloud systems)
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and security
• Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements
• Develop and maintain IT policies, governance, and documentation

Enterprise Systems Management

• Own and optimize ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security policies)
• Improve system integrations and automation workflows
• Ensure clean data architecture and reporting integrity

Cybersecurity & Risk

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls
• Develop backup and disaster recovery protocols
• Conduct periodic vulnerability and risk assessments
• Enforce data protection and access management standards

Digital Transformation

• Identify process improvement opportunities using technology
• Support automation of HR, Finance, Operations, and Projects workflows
• Partner with leadership to build scalable digital systems
• Drive continuous improvement of internal tools and dashboards

Leadership & Support

• Manage IT support function and response SLAs
• Train staff on systems usage and digital best practices
• Provide executive-level reporting on IT performance and risk

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7–10+ years experience in IT management or systems leadership
• Strong ERP experience (Odoo strongly preferred)
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and data governance
• Experience in infrastructure and network management
• Strong project management and vendor management skills
• Experience in telecom, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
