    Maintenance (Electrical)

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all company maintenance policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.
    • Ensure that company standards for the performance of maintenance functions are consistently maintained.
    • Keep informed of and provide plans for the communities to accommodate changes in local, state and federal code requirements as it relates to maintenance operations.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and follow preventative maintenance procedures.
    • 3+ years experience in manufactured housing maintenance and experience involving public contact preferred
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Possession of basic tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks.
    • Formal training or experience in the following areas preferred: carpentry; light plumbing work; light electrical work and painting, etc.
    • Physical elements of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing and carrying.
    • Able to work weekends, as needed.

    Assistant Pastry Chef

    • Ensures that all meals are produced in accordance with menu specification with minimal waste
    • Monitors and ensures that work is done according to airline specifications and HACCP standards
    • Monitors the meal preparation process and execute on the job training for subordinates
    • Establish control standards and procedures of bakery items
    • Schedule the rostering of manpower to match production plan

    • Excellent knowledge of raw materials yields and best usage.
    • Strong people and process management skills.
    • Basic computer skills.

    • Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse/logistics consolidation
    • Rotate product as appropriate, provide designated items to appropriate department
    • Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion
    • Conduct inbound processes of new merchandise in accordance with guidelines and following all prescribed procedures, ability to understand specificities for each airline
    • This position is responsible for all day-to-day warehouse/ inventory/logisitics activities in the facility
    • This role will include the physical and administrative handling of merchandise
    • Ability to lift items / packages (up to 35 lbs. / 15 kg)
    • Good knowledge of HACCP is an asset (training will be provided otherwise)
    • Ability to work mornings, day, weekends (depending on assigned shift)
