Job Description

• As the hotel chef, you are to overseeall kitchen operations, creating menus, managing food costs, and ensuring high-quality food production across dining outlets, buffets, and room service.
• You lead kitchen staff, enforce strict health and safety standards (HACCP), and maintain inventory to deliver exceptional guest culinary experiences

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Development & Execution: Plan, create, and price daily specials and seasonal menus that meet brand standards.
• Culinary Excellence: Supervise food preparation, ensuring consistent plating, flavor, and temperature.
• Operational Management: Manage food cost through efficient ordering, inventory control, and stock rotation.
• Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a hygienic, compliant, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring all health regulations are met.
• Guest Satisfaction: Address feedback and tailor menu items to meet dietary restrictions or special requests.
