    Longtail Account Manager

    Job Summary

    • You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success.
    • You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

    The Journey

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication.
    • Understand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
    • Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.
    • Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization. 
    • Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
    • Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.

    What you will bring to the ride

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing iis a plus.
    • 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy.
    • Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
    • You’re motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage
    • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
    • You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results.
    • Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.

    Early Careers - Account Manager

    Role

    • Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
    • Commercial Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand service adoption and increase client lifetime value.
    • Advocacy: Champion client needs internally and coordinate with Operations and Product teams to resolve issues promptly.

    Early Careers - Data Analyst

    • Data Analysis: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
    • Problem Solving: Identifying business challenges and developing data-driven solutions or recommendations.
    • Modeling: Creating quantitative models (e.g., forecasting, optimization, statistical analysis) to simulate scenarios and predict outcomes.
