Job Purpose

• The Legal & Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the organization operates within the relevant legal frameworks and industry regulations.
• You will design, implement, and monitor a robust compliance program while providing legal guidance on contracts, corporate governance, and emerging regulatory trends (like AI and data privacy) to mitigate risk and protect the company’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Oversight & Monitoring:

• Stay abreast of changes in local and international laws affecting the industry
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.

Policy Development & Implementation:

• Draft, update, and enforce internal policies
• Develop a Compliance Management System (CMS) that integrates with daily operations.
• Design and deliver training programs to ensure all employees understand their legal obligations.

Legal Support & Contract Management:

• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor contracts, client agreements, and NDAs.
• Provide legal opinions on new business initiatives, product launches, or market expansions.
• Manage corporate governance tasks, including board resolutions and statutory filings.

Incident Management & Investigations:

• Investigate reports of non-compliance or unethical behavior.
• Develop corrective action plans to resolve breaches and prevent recurrence.
• Oversee the "whistleblower" hotline and ensure protection for those reporting issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Experience: 2–3 years in a legal or compliance role (industry-specific experience is often preferred).

Job Purpose

• The Fiber Field Engineer oversees the installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cabling and equipment.
• This role involves a mix of high-level technical troubleshooting, physical site surveys, and managing field crews to ensure that network expansions are executed on time and meet strict performance standards.

• Documentation & Reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
