    Vendor Officer

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in vendor coordination, procurement, supply chain, or a similar role preferably within the e-commerce sector.
    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and spreadsheets.
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and managing vendors across different product categories.
    • Maintain effective communication and relationships with vendors to ensure timely supply and quality standards.
    • Monitor vendor performance, pricing, and compliance with agreed terms.
    • Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure product availability.
    • Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, and documentation.
    • Support management in resolving vendor-related issues and improving supply processes.

    House Keeping Coordinator/ Supervisor

    REQUIREMENTS

    • HND/BSc in Estate Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality, property management, or similar role.
    • Females are highly encouraged to apply 
    • Strong supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple apartments and tasks simultaneously.
    • Good knowledge of basic repairs, maintenance processes, and vendor management.
    • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.
    • Proficiency with reporting tools and basic computer applications is a plus.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and supervise cleaners, technicians, and other facility staff.
    • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service requests with vendors and artisans
    • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all shortlet properties.
    • Develop and implement facility management procedures for improved efficiency.
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure apartments are clean, well-stocked, and in optimal condition before guest check-in.
    • Ensure utilities (light, water, internet, gas) are functioning efficiently across all apartments.
    • Respond promptly to guest complaints, facility issues, and emergency requests.
    • Monitor inventory of household items, toiletries, linens, and appliances, and ensure timely replenishment.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
    • Prepare periodic reports on facility condition, maintenance activities, and operational costs.
    • Support property setup for new apartments and oversee furnishing/fit-out processes.
