    Maintenance Plumber

    Our client a reputable Real Estate Company is looking to fill the role of MAINTENANCE PLUMBER

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for daily routine check of water pumps, hydrant pump, water treatment plants, sprinkler, sewage treatment & swimming pool.
    • Periodic maintenance /service of clogged drains, faucets, pipes, control valves.
    • Prompt response to resident plumbing faults, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
    • Able to maintain run pumps & heaters; install, repair and carry out general preventative procedures on all plumbing systems.
    • Installation, repair and maintenance of sanitary wares & features, unclog drainpipes and mend defected pipes. Carry out any other duty as requested by the Head of facilities.
    • Periodic backwash of swimming pool, water treatment & sewage treatment; ensuring regular pool water quality, chlorine & PH balance.
    • Respond to swimming pool related work orders and repair non-functioning machinery or equipment and other maintenance tasks.
    • Able to install, examine the installed system for any leakages, repair and carry out general preventative procedures on all plumbing systems.
    • Diagnose faults, repairs and maintains swimming pools, water systems, filter systems, pumps, and mechanical equipment.
    • Keeps records of all plumbing maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record of any supplied order and used kits.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure proper and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of all generators sets.
    • Rendering assistance to other maintenance personnel.
    • Prompt response to resident generator faults, diagnose, and resolve power outage emergencies.
    • Good records of repairs and pre-maintenance performed on the generating set.
    •  Inspect power plant and panel indicators to ensure optimal operation of generators set & documentation of maintenance parameters for plant improvement.
    • Daily assessment of generator vitals such as coolant level, oil level, batteries & fuel systems.
    •  Swift response to power generating fault & relate equipment and other maintenance tasks.

    Air Conditioning Technician

    Our client a reputable Real Estate Company is looking to fill the role of AIR-CONDITION TECHNICIAN

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out regular servicing of air condition unit, repair and ensure routine maintenance check of all cooling equipment within the building facilities.
    • Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems, including (FCU) fan coil unit drain line, cooling systems and related equipment.
    • Frequent cleaning of FCU filters, routine assessment of chilled water supply systems and replacing (AHU) air handling unit filter as at when due.
    • Identify all faulty cooling equipment, perform repair on the systems and observe preventive maintenance for all HVAC systems.
    • Identify maintenance risks on equipment and coordinate efforts with the HVAC maintenance vendors to ensure all systems are functioning perfectly.
    • Monitoring chilled water line level and ensure an optimal performance of all AHU & chillers.
    • Respond to AC faults & related work, repair other maintenance tasks.
    • Provide an assist to other maintenance personnel and ensure proper daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
    • Monitor all air conditioning units and schedule maintenance for all heating and cooling units & keep records of all malfunctions mechanical equipment

    Maintenance Electrician

    Our client a reputable Real Estate Company is looking to fill the role of MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Experience in residential & commercial electrical building, repair faulty electrical appliances.
    • General upkeep of the electrical systems & gadget within the building, inspect the premises of all assigned facilities regularly, conduct routine maintenance, perform repairs, and fix faulty wiring & replace burnt bulbs when necessary.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance procedures on all electrical equipment and facilities. Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks.
    • Assist in coordination of tasks and duties with other technicians and workers involved in installation, testing, and maintenance of all technical equipment.
    • Ensure that routine maintenance task is completed within a schedule period in order to reduce the risk of largely and more complex fault & control costs.
    • Regular inspections of the power panel, routine checks and maintenance work.
    • Duty performance in other areas of the maintenance department to provide support during absence or shortage of staff.
    • Respond to all electrical & facilities task, related work orders and repair/rectify sockets & lighting faults and other maintenance tasks.
    • Performs routine inspections and repairs as necessary on electrical gadget such as the treadmills, distribution panel, and general lighting fixtures.
    • Carry out installation and repair of electrical wiring, boilers, equipment, water treatment panel, light fixtures and circuit breakers.
    • Inspects and conduct check of equipment including motors, pumps, switches & sockets and affirm working condition and proper functionality.
    • Ensure the building’s emergency lighting is up and running at all times. Lighting in all areas of the building must be functional.
    • Ensure all movement/motion sensors for the building’s lighting are in order at all times
