    Investment Marketers

    Job Responsibilities

    • Build detailed financial models to sell investment
    • Perform business valuation analyses by using transaction comps, discounted cash flow, and leveraged buyout methods.
    • Conduct company and industry research to prospect for clients and bring in new business.
    • Participate in and manage all stages of a transaction, from the opening pitch to the closing investment contract.
    • Issue debt and trade equity to increase capital.
    • Create and implement financial models to review deals and determine profitabilities.
    • Lead and support clients through the expansion of corporate and personal enterprise.
    • Prepare legal and financial records to complete investments, acquisitions, and purchases.
    • Identify and close potential investors.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as an investment marketer or a similar role
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an investment banker.
    • Must have worked in an investment company or in a Banking sector
    • Must be willing and able to bring investors
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or similar field.
    • In-depth knowledge of deal structuring, regulations, and closing principals.
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.

    Real Estate Marketer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
    • Must be able to Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
    • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
    • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
    • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
    • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
    • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.

    Responsibilities:

    • ·Managing and supervising the eCommerce division effectively

    • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
    • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
