e-Commerce Manager at Smart Partners

Responsibilities:

• ·Managing and supervising the eCommerce division effectively
• ·Offering suggestions for website development and designing.
• ·Preparing and assigning work schedules
• ·Ensuring completion of tasks and company targets
• ·Developing marketing strategies and reviewing sales performance on a timely basis
• ·Using effective SEO/SEM techniques to maximize search engine traffic
• ·Reviewing any legal eCommerce marketing procedures
• · Creating performance reports on a monthly basis
• · Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
• · Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• ·Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• ·Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• ·Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
• ·Track product imagery, copy and stock availability to ensure products are posted live on the website as soon as available in the warehouse
• ·Collaborate with the design team to upload content to the site Test and ensure that all the allocated merchandise is live on the site and functional at all times

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
• 10 years work experience as an eCommerce Manager
• Must be able to lead the digital marketing staff
• Extensive knowledge in digital marketing and an experience in it is a plus
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
• Must be knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce.
• Must be good user of SEO/SEM and other marketing tool
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of eCommerce industry trends and procedures.
