    Account Payable Executive

    You will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring that payroll and payments are completed and expenses are controlled by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.

    The job also exists to make accurate posting to GL account on a daily basis and manage the fixed cost calendar.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Facilitate payment to vendors and any expenses incurred in the day to day running of the business
    • Set up and manages the calendar for fixed cost, loan, Payee and VAT
    • Maintain the reconciliation of vendor’s account to avoid double payment
    • Monitor account balances, tracks expenses for monthly financial reporting
    • Undertake the posting of all expenses incurred into the General Ledger
    • Post daily vendor payments as appropriate
    • Maintain records of expenses and keeps track to enable management make informed decision
    • Conduct the preparation of payroll on monthly basis and uploading of staff salaries
    • Generate PAYE and pension transactions while making payment as at when due

    Qualification/Requirements

    • HND/ BSc in Accounting, Finance,
    • Economics, Business Administration or any relevant discipline is required
    • Membership of ICAN or any accredited accounting body is an added advantage.
    • .Minimum of 5-10 years post NYSC experience in the payable or general accounting
    • Skills: Business Writing; Problem Solving; Analytical, Time Management; Bookkeeping; Records and File Management; Data entry and management; Planning & Organisation; Accounting Information Systems; Attention to Details; Interpersonal Communication; Teamwork; Microsoft Office & Digital Proficiency; Technology Adaptation; Business Acumen; Interpersonal Communication; etc.

    You are to provide support to the Head, of Human Resources in the implementation of Human Resource initiatives and in the provision of support to all departments.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes: recruits, interviews, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
    • Manage all onboarding processes so as to support new hires in settling into their roles seamlessly.

    You are to use digital graphic design software to create graphic images and design layouts that communicate company messaging and achieve artistic or decorative effects, including a selection of colors, images, and fonts

    Job responsibilities

    Study design briefs and illustrate concepts by designing rough drafts of art arrangement, font size, and style, and submitting them for approval.
    Identify the best ways to communicate our vision, and create solutions that improve design capabilities while complying with design best practices.
    Collaborate with clients, and creative team members such as marketing, sales, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project to determine project scope and send graphic asset deliverables.
    Communicate designs and concepts to clients, Creative Designers, or the Brands and Marketing Manager before incorporating their recommended changes into revised designs.
    Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

    Qualification/requirements

    • HND/BSc in Graphic Design, Fine-art, Art Education or any related discipline.

    • Photography experience and proficiency with photo/video-editing software
    • Possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign,Illustrator,
    • Dreamweaver, Photoshop
    • Work on infographics, motion/still graphics, and thumbnails for content in Premiere, After Effects.
    • Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.

    You are to Assist in overseeing and supervision of essential services i.e. Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.
